Have You Asked Your Angels for Help with This?

Your angels want to help you with this situation; however, they require your permission before they can intervene in your freewill choices.

 

This card indicates that you’ve been going it alone, trying to single-handedly find answers and solutions.

All the while, your angels hover nearby awaiting the moment when you give them the go-ahead signal so that they can help you.

 

You drew this card because the angels want to assist you with this situation, but they can only do so if you give them permission.

The angels are available to you right now — to answer you questions, give you guidance, and speed your manifestations.

It’s true that God and the angels already know what you need.

However, because God created you and everyone with free will, Heaven can only intervene if you give permission.

It doesn’t matter whether you ask for help aloud, in written form, silently, or even what words you choose.

What matters is that you ask.

If you’re  unsure of what to ask for or are concerned about asking for the wrong thing or requesting less than God’s will, then ask Heaven to help you with clarity and courage.

Embrace Your Power

 

Before you awaken to the full potential of your spirit, you must assume complete responsibility for your power, however well or poorly you’ve used it in the past.

Own it, and know that it’s directed by your choices.

Right now you’re being asked to evaluate past decisions and asses whether they’ve evolved or devolved you.

Be especially curious about those that were made recklessly, without self-control or reflection.

Where are you now making headlong choices in lieu of taking genuine life and soul-supporting risks?

Pay close attention to the answer, because it reveals the root of any troubling conditions you face at the moment.

 

Your soul’s purpose right now is to elevate your power to a much higher conscious level by making it clear that youe selections are the means by which you create.

In other words, poor choices lead to poor creations, while good choices generate good creations — no exceptions.

Evaluate your previous decisions dispassionately.

Which have worked in your favor…and which have not?

More important, what are you choosing today?

The healthy person lives

in harmony with nature.

 

 

You create harmony by making choices that feel right to both mind and heart.

Consider one choice you need to make today — no matter how insignificant — and make it harmoniously.

 

 

The interconnectedness of all life — of humans and the universe; of physical, mental, and spiritual faculties — is a given in most Eastern religions as well as in Native American beliefs and the primal religions of Africa and Australia.

Living in harmony with nature opens the way to environmental responsibility, and to respecting our natural human cycles, which are tied not only to the seasons, but also to our internal clock based on the diurnal rhythm of night and day.

Rising with the sun, going to sleep a few hours after sunset, and eating foods that are locally grown and appropriate to the season are simple ways of attuning to the cycles of nature.

All these spiritual traditions also find a strong link between physical health and spiritual well-being.

The more spiritually centered and balanced you are, the less chance you have to accumulate the stresses that are destructive of the body.

Negative mental states such as anger, jealousy, and dishonesty, which all spiritual traditions teach us to avoid, also cause severe stress and, ultimately, illness.

By healing the mind of its destructive thoughts and impulses, we stand a much better chance of keeping the body whole and healthy.

In physical terms, all the elements in a single human being are present throughout the universe, and vice versa.

According to the Sufi and Hindu worldviews, the same is true of spiritual elements.

Each of us has within us the capacity for love, forgiveness, and healing shown by Jesus; the capability for enlightenmrnt experienced by the Buddha; Shiva’s mastery of yoya; Lao-tzu’s penchant for wisdom and longevity; the aptitude for direct communication with God possessed by Moses and Muhammad.

Indeed, because matter cannot be destroyed but is endlessly recycled, we may even have some of the same molecules that once existed within the bodies of those spiritual masters.

And we have it within our power to shape our own bodies, free of disease and pain, through conscious awareness of the foods we eat; the physical regimens including conventional exercise, yoga, and qigong that we use to stay flexible; and the spiritual practices with which we enliven the physical frame.
